In the ultimate testament to client satisfaction, the owners of our “Seamless Gulf Modern” penthouse commissioned our design-build firm for an encore performance.
Upon completion of their north-end residence, they acquired the identical penthouse on the building’s south end, seeking to replicate our design in a setting prized for its all-day southern light and expansive views down the coastline.
We meticulously recreated the seamless, trimless architecture, executing the same floor plan that included the custom library with its hidden door, the spa-like master suite, and the flawless indoor-outdoor lanai. The sophisticated, darker color palette, once again chosen by the client, takes on a new dimension when framed by the bright coastal views and the warm sunlight of the southern exposure. This project stands as a rare example of a successful vision perfectly recreated, a testament to the profound trust and partnership forged during the initial transformation.
