This pivotal project, one of our first investment collaborations with a now long-time client, was a landmark renovation that set a new benchmark for luxury living in Barefoot Beach.
The vision was to push the envelope, moving beyond the typical condo update to completely reimagine this three-bedroom corner unit with the sophisticated amenities and seamless design of a modern custom home.
At the heart of the renovation was the creation of a light, airy, and open floor plan that maximized the unit’s beachfront setting. We integrated a suite of professional-grade Sub-Zero appliances within thoughtfully designed custom cabinetry, establishing a standard of quality that has since become a signature of our work. The light and airy color palette was carefully selected to enhance the natural sunlight and create a serene coastal atmosphere. The result was a stunning residence that not only achieved its investment goals but also established a new design language for the community, proving that visionary design and quality craftsmanship can redefine a market and create lasting value.
