This full-scale renovation of a seventh-floor residence in Jamaica Towers was a unique exercise in international collaboration, driven by the vision of our Canadian client.
The project began with a complete gut renovation down to the concrete, allowing us to reimagine the traditional two-bedroom layout into a sophisticated, open-concept contemporary space. This comprehensive overhaul included all-new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, creating a foundation of modern performance and reliability.
A key element of the design brief was to incorporate materials sourced directly from the client’s home country. Our team managed the cross-border logistics to integrate a stunning Canadian wood floor and a bespoke cabinetry package, infusing the home with a personal sense of heritage and exceptional quality. The new layout, featuring all custom finishes, was intentionally designed to maximize the spectacular Gulf views from every opportunity. The result is a sophisticated residence where the warmth of Canadian wood creates a unique dialogue with the sun-drenched Naples beachfront, delivering a truly one-of-a-kind home that is both deeply personal and perfectly suited to its location.
