Our firm was selected to construct the new, over 50,000-square-foot dealership for Tamiami Hyundai and Genesis of Naples on a sprawling 12-acre site.
The project involved the ground-up construction of a state-of-the-art, co-branded facility designed to represent the distinct identities of both the mainstream Hyundai and the luxury Genesis brands.
This full-service dealership is a complete operational hub. The facility features a large, modern showroom, over 40 offices, a conference room, and three distinct customer lounges. The premier customer experience is enhanced by a covered service reception porte-cochère and a dedicated covered new vehicle delivery area, providing comfort and convenience in any weather. The extensive back-of-house includes a dedicated parts department, a hand detail and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) area, and a massive 27-bay service department, all supported by an on-site automatic car wash.
A critical aspect of the project was the meticulous adherence to the corporate specifications for both Hyundai and Genesis. Our team worked closely with the dealer group and brand representatives to ensure every finish, fixture, and design element met the stringent corporate identity standards. The result is a landmark automotive campus that provides a premier customer experience and a highly efficient operational environment for the Tamiami team.
