Ground was broken this fall for a 23,562-square-foot retail center on vacant commercial land on the northwest corner of U.S. 41 East and Habitat Road. Sharon’s Corner retail center is under construction on 2.75 acres at 12003 Habitat Road, just east of the future Home Depot store and across the street from Lely Resort.
