As we step into the new year, I’m excited to share that Houchin Construction is rolling out a new ERP system, CMiC, this January. This platform will integrate our accounting, payroll, job costing, and project management systems, providing real-time job cost and budget insights to our Project Managers. It will also help us transition from manual and paper-based processes to a more efficient, fully electronic system.
Subcontractors and clients may notice slight changes in the format of billing, subcontracts, and other documents as we implement CMiC. These updates are designed to enhance clarity and efficiency, and we appreciate your patience during this transition. We look forward to a great year ahead and are happy to answer any questions.

HOUCHIN TRAVEL
The Hat of All Trades is back on the road—this time, it traded job sites for campfires! This month, our Houchin Hat joined Administrative Assistant Anna Maria Olivo on a fun camping adventure, proving it’s just as good at roasting marshmallows as it is at overseeing construction. Where will it travel next?
