Houchin Construction is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking advancement that will redefine the standards of luxury renovations. We are integrating state-of-the-art technology to achieve an unparalleled level of precision and quality in every project. We’re leveraging 3D scanning post- demolition to precisely compare the existing space to the architectural 3D model, identifying any discrepancies with exceptional accuracy.
Taking precision a step further, we will then translate this refined 3D model into a full-scale, 1:1 layout, printed directly onto the project’s floor slab. This innovative blueprint provides our expert trades with an unequivocal guide, guaranteeing flawless execution and the highest level of craftsmanship.

SPOTLIGHT ON COMMERCIAL:
TAMIAMI HYUNDAI BEGINS MULTIMILLION-DOLLAR RENOVATION
Houchin Construction is proud to serve as the builder and architect for the full renovation of Tamiami Hyundai’s North Naples dealership. This multimillion-dollar project includes a complete interior and exterior transformation—featuring a new facade, expanded showroom, updated sales and service areas, and enhanced customer amenities. Construction is now underway at 6780 Airport-Pulling Road, with completion anticipated by the end of 2025.
We’re also honored to be working with the Zellers family on the new 30,000 square-foot Genesis of Naples facility coming to Pine Ridge Road and I-75.

HOUCHIN TRAVEL
The Houchin Hat had quite the adventure over Easter weekend! Director of Field Operations, Chad, took it out on the water while fishing in Pine Island Sound, soaking up the sunshine and some well-earned downtime. Meanwhile, Kiryn brought the hat along on her Easter trip to visit friends in Hawthorne, Florida—snapping a photo at the beautiful Lake Winnott.
