A comprehensive renovation in Naples’ exclusive Barefoot Beach community, we were tasked with completely reimagining a three-bedroom, two-bath condominium.
Our goal was to transform its original 30-year-old layout into a sophisticated contemporary retreat, executing the interior design vision provided by the homeowner. The project began with a full interior demolition, removing enclosed walls to create an expansive, light-filled open floor plan.
The transformation extended deep into the condo’s infrastructure, involving a complete overhaul of the plumbing and electrical systems—which included new recessed lighting throughout—and the installation of entirely new high-performance windows. To support the thermal demands of the new windows, we engineered and installed a new high-efficiency HVAC system and all-new ductwork. Our team’s craftsmanship is showcased in the custom cabinetry and clever built-ins fabricated for the residence, culminating in a gourmet kitchen that features a soffit-mounted concealed vent hood and a suite of fully integrated, panel-ready Sub-Zero appliances. The modern aesthetic is unified by new wide-plank, oak-stained hardwood flooring and large-format porcelain tile in the fully remodeled bathrooms. The result is a stunning metamorphosis, turning a dated unit into a high-performance, modern oceanfront showpiece that exemplifies our ability to deliver a project of exceptional quality from architectural concept to final detail.
