A standout project in our portfolio is the stunning beachfront renovation featured in the latest Florida Design, Naples Edition. Spanning over 9,000 square feet across four levels, this luxury transformation highlights our ability to craft unparalleled residences. From integrating cutting-edge systems, including advanced lighting design and home automation, to selecting sophisticated finishes, this project exemplifies our dedication to quality.
The journey wasn’t without its challenges. Navigating three hurricanes, each with varying levels of flooding and damage, tested our team’s adaptability and problem-solving abilities. Despite these obstacles, we remained committed to the project’s integrity and ensured the final result exceeded expectations.
Being featured in Florida Design Magazine is a proud moment for us, reinforcing our ability to deliver exceptional results, even in the most demanding conditions. We are honored to have this project showcased, and we look forward to sharing more about this remarkable home.

The Hat of All Trades is making a fun and adventurous appearance this month! Anna, Houchin Construction’s Administrative Assistant, passed it on to her daughter, Sweetpea, who took it along as she tackled a thrilling ropes course.
