Industrial Commercial Quicklane
Commercial Quicklane
This project is a prime example of successful adaptive reuse, where our firm transformed a 5-acre former lumber yard and stone supply site into a modern, high-traffic commercial facility for Quick Lane Fleet Maintenance.
The centerpiece of the project was the complete rehabilitation of an existing pre-engineered metal building. We repurposed the original structure to house a new, state-of-the-art automotive service department, built out to meet Quick Lane’s strict corporate specifications and outfitted with specialized, modern service equipment.
A significant portion of the project involved a comprehensive redevelopment of the site itself. Our team created a revised site plan to bring the entire property into compliance with current Land Development codes, addressing critical aspects such as stormwater management, lighting, and landscaping. The new plan provides ample, efficient parking and circulation for a high volume of fleet vehicles. The result is the complete revitalization of an underutilized industrial property into a fully operational and code-compliant commercial asset, showcasing our expertise in adaptive reuse and delivering branded commercial spaces.
