Our firm was enlisted by a trusted, repeat client for a strategic investment project within the desirable Barefoot Beach community.
While the primary goal was to create a highly marketable residence, our process remained rooted in a bespoke, design-first approach.
Guided by our core philosophy of maximizing the connection to the outdoors, we began by tailoring a proven open-concept floor plan to this specific unit. The new layout is intentionally crafted to frame the expansive Gulf views from the moment one enters and to create sightlines that capture the coastal scenery from every possible vantage point.
The full-scale, down-to concrete renovation supported this vision, including all-new electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The interior design embodies a sophisticated transitional style, blending timeless elements with contemporary lines. Custom cabinetry was installed throughout, and carefully selected gold-accent hardware and fixtures were used to introduce a layer of warmth and refined elegance. The result is a turnkey luxury residence that feels both custom-designed and universally appealing, showcasing our ability to merge a strong architectural vision with intelligent real estate solutions.
