Industrial Glen Eagle Golf Course Maintenance Facility

Glen Eagle Golf Course Maintenance Facility

Our firm was selected by Glen Eagle Golf & Country Club to lead the design-build of their new, state-of-the-art golf course maintenance facility.

The project’s goal was to completely modernize the club’s operational backbone, creating a purpose-built campus to support the demands of a premier modern golf course.

The facility is comprised of four distinct, highly functional buildings totaling over 14,000 square feet. This includes a 6,000 sq. ft. administration and repair shop building; a 6,000 sq. ft. equipment storage structure; a specialized 2,000 sq. ft. building for the safe handling of fertilizers and chemicals; and a covered structure for bulk soil storage.

As the design-builder, we partnered with architect William Kyle of Kitchens Architect to deliver a cohesive and efficient solution. A key challenge was satisfying Collier County’s specific architectural standards while prioritizing the facility’s utilitarian function. Our innovative solution was to blend the efficiency of pre-engineered metal building systems from industry-leader Butler with traditional construction methods and finishes. The buildings are topped with a durable standing seam roof system, which uses concealed fasteners for superior weather resistance and a clean, modern look. This hybrid approach allowed us to appease all regulatory design requirements without compromising on durability or operational efficiency. The result is a highly functional maintenance campus that equips the Glen Eagle grounds crew with the modern infrastructure necessary for peak course conditioning and operational excellence.
