When a long-time client, a respected financial advisor, launched their own independent firm—The High Net Worth Advisory Group—they entrusted us with the critical task of creating their new flagship office.
The vision was to transform a 7,000-square-foot former bank space, located at the prominent corner of US 41 and Vanderbilt Beach Road, into an environment that would instantly communicate trust, sophistication, and success.
In collaboration with architect Dave Corban, we executed a complete interior renovation centered on a philosophy of transparency and refined elegance. The design features expansive butt-glazed glass walls for offices and conference rooms, creating a bright and open feel. The floors are finished in luxurious Taj Mahal quartzite, providing a seamless and durable foundation throughout.
A signature feature of the space is the extensive use of custom Walnut paneling, which adds warmth and gravitas. This millwork was meticulously engineered to conceal all HVAC supply and returns, creating clean, uninterrupted surfaces. This commitment to a seamless aesthetic is further demonstrated by the use of mudded-in light fixtures, contributing to the sophisticated, contemporary feel. The result is a premier Class A office that serves as a powerful physical representation of the client’s brand, delivering an ultra high-end experience built on a foundation of trust and meticulous execution.
