Our firm was selected by Jeld-Wen, a leading national window and door manufacturer, to manage the large-scale expansion of their manufacturing and distribution facility in Kissimmee, Florida.
The project involved the addition of over 100,000 square feet of operational space, with the critical challenge of ensuring the existing facility could maintain full production capacity without interruption throughout the entire construction process.
Through meticulous logistical planning and a carefully phased construction schedule, our team worked in close coordination with Jeld-Wen’s plant management to ensure absolute operational continuity. We developed and executed a comprehensive safety and site logistics plan that completely isolated the new construction zone while seamlessly integrating with the active plant.
The expansion was constructed using durable and efficient concrete tilt-wall methods to create the vast, open-span areas required for modern manufacturing. The structure is protected by a heavy-duty steel roof system, designed for longevity and performance. The result is a seamlessly integrated facility expansion that significantly increases Jeld-Wen’s production and distribution capabilities, highlighting our expertise in managing complex industrial projects in live operational environments.
