Our firm continued its long-standing partnership with Lighting First, the region’s premier decorative lighting supplier, for the transformative façade improvement of their Fort Myers campus.
As their trusted building partner for all three of their Lee and Collier County facilities, we were tasked with elevating their brand presence on the highly visible US 41 corridor.
The primary goal was to create a modern façade that emulated the high-end nature of the products within. In collaboration with Studio AD Architect, the new design features a large, jewel-box glass display area that turns the building into a 24/7 showcase for stunning decorative fixtures. Full-height storefront glazing now spans the front elevation, maximizing visibility and creating a stronger connection with the public.
A critical requirement of the project was to execute the full exterior renovation while the showroom remained fully operational. Our team implemented a meticulous phasing and logistics plan to ensure the safety of, and uninterrupted access for, Lighting First’s customers and staff, minimizing any impact on their daily business. The result is a striking, modern exterior that establishes a landmark presence on a major commercial thoroughfare, powerfully communicating the quality and sophistication of the Lighting First brand.
