Our firm partnered with a leading local developer to construct a new speculative retail center in the thriving commercial corridor of Naples Boulevard.
The project’s primary objective was to create a modern, high-visibility commercial asset designed for maximum flexibility to attract a diverse range of high-quality tenants.
The development consists of two distinct 12,000-square-foot buildings. Working with Studio AD Architect, the design features clean, modern architecture with extensive storefront glazing and strong street presence. Architecturally, the two buildings are unified by a striking aluminum trellis, which creates a cohesive campus feel and provides essential shade for a planned common patio space ideal for a marquee restaurant tenant.
Navigating the site’s regulatory landscape was a critical component of the project’s success. The development was required to adhere to the strict architectural standards of the master Planned Unit Development (PUD) within Collier County. Furthermore, our team managed the complex integration of a new stormwater management system into the overall PUD infrastructure. This involved the careful vacation of existing easements and the strategic planning of new stormwater piping around the building footprints, ensuring full compliance and effective site drainage.
