Tommy, a Naples native, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Beginning his career at Houchin doing site cleanup under his grandfather's guidance, he progressed through hands-on fieldwork and management roles, eventually assuming ownership and presidency of the company in 2013. Today, Tommy remains actively engaged in overseeing daily operations, leveraging his extensive experience and expertise in the construction industry.

Kiryn, originally from Ontario, served as Office Manager for various companies, where she honed her customer service and administrative skills. She began her career in construction with a concrete contractor before joining Houchin in 2010. Armed with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Western International University, Kiryn now plays a pivotal role overseeing all financial, HR, and business processes, ensuring smooth operations and strategic management within the organization.

Josh, a Cape Coral native, holds a Master's Degree in Architecture from the University of Florida. Beginning with an internship at Studio AD where he managed projects for Houchin, he joined the company in 2015 to expand his expertise in Construction Management. As a Registered Architect, Josh now oversees design, permitting, and estimating, bringing a blend of architectural insight and construction management acumen to his role.

Chad, a Fort Myers native, joined Houchin in 2016 after starting his construction journey with his father in home improvements. Through on-the-job training in framing, carpentry, stucco, and other trades, he has developed a comprehensive understanding of construction. Chad now plays a pivotal role in the company, overseeing all job sites to ensure rigorous adherence to quality standards and delivering excellence in every project.
